We’ve splashed in the pool, run in the park, chased one million and one bubbles, and taken swings at baseballs in the backyard. All of that with only one teeny tiny, almost sunburn. Mom was on major melanoma patrol this summer! What a time we had!
As we wrap up our second summer, Mom and Dad marvel at how much we’ve changed in only one year. We can run and run (and run) until we fall over asleep. We are talking up a storm and love wrapping up a long, hot, summer day with a bubble bath and some good stories. Oh and don’t forget the cool glass of milk!
Mom and Dad are finally beginning to understand more of what we’re telling them. How hard is it to understand toddler talk anyway?! Geez, you’d think one word at a time would be easy to follow. They’re coming around though and we’re proud of them.
We’ve spent hot summer afternoons curled up on the couch watching Nemo or Lady and the Tramp (4 million times if you ask Dad). And as the evenings get cooler, we’ve been learning how to hit baseballs and visiting the park more often. We’re looking forward to more fresh air as the weather gets cooler.
We’ve had a great summer! Be sure to check out our photos and twindependent films to see (and hear) us in action!
